Effective date: October 3, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AIM LLC, doing business as AIM Workflows ("AIM Workflows," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to our website and all of our services. By using our website, booking a call or session, registering for a webinar or training, requesting a snapshot, buying a service, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so. If we sign a separate written proposal or agreement with you, that document controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Our services
AIM Workflows is an AI and automation business. Our services include, for example:
- Discovery and strategy calls and consulting
- Workflow and automation setup, including GoHighLevel and other CRM setup
- AI tool and Claude skill setups
- AI search visibility services for local businesses, including the free AI Visibility Snapshot, the one-time Visibility Fix, and monthly Visibility Care
- Webinars, trainings, and live client sessions, including "Get It Out of Your Head"
- Related guides and video walkthroughs
We also offer other consulting, setup, and training services from time to time.
Scope, timeline, and price. For any service, the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are as stated in your proposal, invoice, or payment link, and will be confirmed with you before you pay. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the specific document controls for that project. Prices may change, but changes will not affect services you have already paid for.
3. Service-specific terms
The terms below apply to specific services, in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Free AI Visibility Snapshot
The AI Visibility Snapshot is a free, informational report. We run public searches about your business in AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Perplexity) and on Google, and share what we find. It shows what we found at the time we searched. It is not a guarantee, audit, or professional advice.
AI tools and search results change constantly. They can differ by person, location, device, time, and how a question is worded. Results you see may be different from what we report.
One-time Visibility Fix
A paid, one-time project to improve how your business appears in AI search and on Google Business Profile.
Visibility Care (monthly)
An ongoing monthly subscription to maintain and improve your visibility, with a 3-month minimum. See Section 7 for the minimum commitment and cancellation.
Workflow, automation, AI tool, and Claude skill setups
These are one-time projects to set up workflows, automations, CRMs (such as GoHighLevel), AI tools, or Claude skills for your business. Setups are built in, or connected to, accounts that you own. Please review and test each setup before relying on it.
Webinars, trainings, and live sessions
This includes "Get It Out of Your Head," a webinar plus setup of Claude AI skills and workflows for solopreneurs, and other webinars, trainings, and live client sessions. Replays, guides, and video walkthroughs are for your own internal business use (see Section 10).
Consulting and strategy calls
In consulting and strategy calls, we share recommendations based on the information you give us. You decide whether and how to act on them. See Section 8 for cancellations and rescheduling of paid calls.
4. No guaranteed results
We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee any specific rankings, placements, mentions, traffic, calls, leads, revenue, time savings, or other business results. We do not control Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, GoHighLevel, or any other platform, and they can change how they work at any time. Any examples or past results we share are not a promise of future results.
5. Your responsibilities
To help us do great work for you, you agree to:
- Give us accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business
- Give us timely access to the accounts and tools we need, such as your CRM, Google Business Profile, website, listings, or AI tools, and keep your own ownership of those accounts
- Review deliverables and approve work when we ask, and respond within a reasonable time
- Make sure anything you give us (logos, photos, text, reviews, data) is yours to use and does not break any law or anyone else's rights
- Follow the rules of the platforms you use (like Google's policies)
- Keep your own passwords secure and remove our access when our work together ends, if you wish
Delays in providing information or access may delay our work. That does not pause or reduce payments that are due.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
- One-time services are paid up front unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we invoice you, payment is due upon receipt.
- Visibility Care is billed monthly in advance, on a recurring basis, to the payment method you provide, until you cancel as described below. By signing up, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method each month.
- If a payment fails, we may pause work until it is resolved.
- Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.
- You are responsible for any fees charged directly by third-party tools you choose to use (for example, paid software subscriptions), unless we agree otherwise.
7. Visibility Care: 3-month minimum and cancellation
- Visibility Care has a 3-month minimum commitment. You agree to pay for at least the first 3 months, even if you stop using the service early.
- After the first 3 months, your plan continues month to month. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice by email to tara@aimworkflows.com.
- Your service continues through the end of your 30-day notice period. You'll be billed for service through the end of the notice period (prorated if the notice period ends partway through a billing month). After that, billing stops and you will not be charged again.
- We may also end Visibility Care with written notice, for example if payments are not made or if these Terms are broken.
8. Refunds
Free AI Visibility Snapshot. The snapshot is free, so there is nothing to refund.
One-time projects and setups. This covers any one-time project or setup, such as the Visibility Fix, workflow and automation setups, CRM setups, and AI tool or Claude skill setups. If you cancel within 3 business days of paying and before any work has started, we will give you a full refund. Once work has started, payments are not refundable. The one exception: if we cannot deliver what we agreed to, we will either make it right or refund the part of the work we did not deliver. Consulting and strategy calls. If you cancel a paid call at least 24 hours before it starts, you can reschedule it or get a refund. There is no refund for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Visibility Care (monthly). Monthly fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds for partial months. After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice, and you keep your service through the end of the notice period (see Section 7).
Webinars and live trainings (such as "Get It Out of Your Head"). If you cancel at least 48 hours before the live session, we will give you a full refund. After that, there is no refund, but we will give you access to the replay if one is available.
Results. We do not give refunds based on rankings, placements, what AI tools show about your business, or other business results. As explained in Section 4 (No guaranteed results), those results are not guaranteed.
9. Text message (SMS) terms
If you opt in, AIM Workflows may send you appointment-related text messages about calls, sessions, webinars, or trainings you have booked with us. Opting in is optional and is not required to buy any service.
Our opt-in language is:
- "I agree to receive emails and appointment texts from AIM Workflows, including occasional marketing emails. Msg frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Unsubscribe from emails anytime."
What we send: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling and rescheduling notices, and replies to your messages about your appointments, for any call, session, webinar, or training you have booked. Marketing messages are sent by email only, not by text, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any text from us at any time to stop texts. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: Reply HELP to any text from us, or email tara@aimworkflows.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Ownership and intellectual property
Your stuff. You keep ownership of your business name, logos, photos, content, data, and accounts. You give us permission to use them only as needed to provide our services.
Our stuff. We keep ownership of our own methods, processes, frameworks, templates, checklists, training materials, webinar content, and general know-how, including anything we created before or outside of our work with you.
Deliverables. Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for your business (such as workflows, automations, CRM setups, AI tool and Claude skill setups, updated profile content, or written descriptions) and may use them for your own business. If a deliverable includes our general templates, frameworks, or training materials (including replays, guides, and video walkthroughs), you may use those parts for your own internal business use, but you may not resell, share, or redistribute them.
Portfolio. We may mention that you are a client and describe our work in general terms (without sharing private information), unless you ask us not to.
11. Confidentiality
While we work together, each of us may share information with the other that is not public, such as business details, customer information, account access, or our methods and materials. We each agree to keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for our work together. Neither of us will share it with anyone else, except service providers who need it to help with the work, or when required by law. This does not cover information that is already public, that the other side already had, or that it lawfully gets from someone else. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. Third-party tools and platforms
Our services involve tools and platforms we do not own or control, including Google (Search, Google Business Profile, AI Overviews, Google Workspace), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Canva, and other tools we set up or connect for you. These platforms:
- Have their own terms and policies, which you may need to accept
- Can change their features, rules, rankings, or prices at any time
- Can suspend or restrict accounts or listings for their own reasons
We are not responsible for the changes, outages, errors, pricing, actions, or decisions of any third-party tool or platform, or for any content they generate. You are responsible for your own subscriptions and fees for these tools, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13. AI tools and content
We may use AI tools to help with research, drafting, organizing work, and building setups. We review work before delivering it, but AI-generated content and automations can contain mistakes. Please review anything we deliver (and test any workflow or automation) before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for confirming that information about your business (like services, prices, licenses, and service areas) is accurate.
14. Disclaimers
Our services, website, deliverables, and snapshot are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific outcome.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- AIM Workflows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if we were told they were possible.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services or these Terms will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose (or $100 if you have not paid us anything, such as for the free snapshot).
Some laws do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIM Workflows and Tara Morant from any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) information or materials you provide to us, (b) your business, products, or services, (c) your breaking these Terms, or (d) your breaking any law or anyone else's rights.
17. Ending our work together
Either of us may end services as described in these Terms or in a written agreement. If services end, you remain responsible for any payments already due (including the remainder of any Visibility Care minimum term or notice period). Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payments owed, ownership and intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue after our work ends.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a problem comes up, please contact us first and we will try to work it out in good faith. If we cannot resolve it informally, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, and both of us agree to that location.
19. Other terms
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
- If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
- These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written proposal or agreement we sign with you are the full agreement between us.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not affect payments or commitments already made unless you agree.
