Welcome! I am Tara, founder of AIM Workflows. I built this business to help small business owners like me cut through the AI noise. No jargon, no overwhelm, just simple setups that save time.

I began my professional life performing high above the stage, as a flying trapeze artist, where every leap depended on trust, precision, and invisible systems behind the scenes.

That experience taught me to think in terms of systems, precision, and human trust. When I later became an executive assistant, studio director, business owner, and a mom, I gravitated toward creating order out of chaos and finding smarter ways to work.
